Fractional

When you need it built, not just decided.

Best fit when

Your phone still rings on your day off, and the new hire still checks with you before every step. You don’t need more advice. You need someone in your building every other week who sets it up with your team, so those questions stop coming to you.

Alternating weeks · about 24 hours a month · four-month start, then month-to-month

Term

Four-month initial term, then month-to-month on 30 days’ notice. The first month is due at signing.

What’s included each month

  • Two half-day visits in your building, weeks 1 and 3: I watch how the work actually runs, decide with you what gets built next, and train your people on it.
  • Two build days, weeks 2 and 4: I build it from my office, inside the software you already have, and send you a short note on what got built.
  • Your questions answered within one business day.
  • About three hours a month of your time: a 90-minute meeting on each visit day.

What gets built

The jobs, checklists, quoting steps and training your team uses, inside the tools you already have. Your people run it. You still make the big calls.

By day 30

One thing you handle every week, like the schedule or the invoices, is someone else’s.

Compared to a hire

A full-time operations manager takes months to find and costs far more. Fractional builds the job first, so if you hire later, that person walks into it.

Not included

Not on call. No jobsite work, crew supervision, or hiring decisions.
