Questions

Questions owners ask first

Does the onsite session have to be onsite?

Find and Decide is built to happen in the business, standing in the operation. That is where the real answer usually is.

What if I am outside the travel radius?

If getting to you adds travel, we add a travel fee. Or we do both sessions virtually. The rhythm stays the same.

What if something breaks between sessions?

Ad hoc sessions are available in between, for anything that can’t wait until the next one.

What happens after four months?

It continues month to month. You keep the record either way.

Do I have to hand over control?

No. Clearline advises. Every decision stays with the owner.

Why is the price on the page?

Because you would ask in the first five minutes anyway. Having it here means the first conversation is about your business instead of whether this is affordable.

What if I pick the wrong stage?

Nothing is locked in by the card you pick. Pick the line that sounds most like your week. If the fit is off, we sort that out in the first conversation and land where it actually belongs.

Is one session really enough?

For one problem you can already name, usually. You leave with a decision made and a written page your team can work from. If what surfaces is bigger than one session, you will hear that in the session.

What is not included?

Implementation, staffing, hiring, and HR. The sessions produce decisions, a plan, and a written record. Your people run the work.

Need help applying this to your business?

Some questions need more than a page can answer. The first conversation is where we talk through what is happening and the right first move.
